FAQ When was FlyKickz started? FlyKickz was officially started late December 2006 How Many Artists Design for FlyKickz? At the moment all designing is done by one person. What type of sneakers do you design? All sneakers must be leather. Some of our favorite sneakers to design are: Nike Dunks, Nike Air force 1's, Nike Air Max 90's, Puma Sky II, Adidas Superstars (shell toes), and Stan Smiths...We prefer an all white or black sneaker however as long as the sneaker is leather and fresh out the box, we can make it happen. How long do customs last? All designs are done using the best quality paints and supplies however please understand you must take care of your custom pieces when they are not being worn. Like all other sneakers you own normal wear and tear will occur. Customs are walking pieces of Art and when taken care of will age well. How are orders placed? Once you have selected the design you are interested in you may notify us by email or phone. Once the design has been selected a copy of the design description will be sent to you for you to ok, we will also call to confirm everything. Once everything has been confirmed you will receive an email which will include a copy of your sale invoice and instructions on how to proceed with payment securely through PayPal. Once payment has been made your design will be started ASAP. What forms of payment are accepted? We accept PAYPAL however if you decide to provide your own sneakers we'll also accept money orders. If we're in your current location we'll accept both cash and money orders. How are Payments made? Payments can be made securely through PAYPAL.COM and are to be paid before any work can be started. You do not need a PayPal account in order to pay for your product. What is FlyKickz refund policy? We will provide a refund if the product is the wrong size, design or color! How much are FlyKickz designs? The costs of designs are based on how simple or complex the work may be. Based on the work that’s in our gallery the cost of designs range from $55-$150 the cost of the design does not include the cost of the sneaker. PLEASE understand we try to make our prices as reasonable as possible and that most of our work takes over 10+ hrs. Will we be able to see the design before it's applied to our sneakers? Yes, if we're not in your current location we will send you an email will the description of what will be applied to your sneaker and once you okay it, we will begin applying the design. Can FlyKickz supply the sneakers? Most sneakers can be supplied based on their availability for an additional fee, which is based on the retail going prices in stores. Can I supply my own sneakers? If you choose to provide your own sneakers we ask that they are brand new and 100% authentic. You can send it to our current work location and you'd only be asked to pay for the cost of the design and all shipping fee's for sending the finished product to you. How much does it cost to ship the sneakers? Shipping is about $12 a pair depending on your location. How long does it take to receive my order? Time frames are based on the complexity of the design, the amount of orders that have been placed at that time and how many pairs you’re getting done. However, we try to give a reasonable shipping time estimate. Can I change the colors of any of the designs I'm interested in? Yes, the colors can be changed if interested. Can I supply my own design? Yes Do the prices for your designs vary depending on the size of the sneaker? Yes, some designs may be cheaper ON A TODDLERS sneaker versus a BIG KIDS, Men's or women's sneaker. How long do customs last? Custom Designs are made to last however do understand customs are not to be worn everyday and when they are not being worn they must be taken care of. Designs will last a good amount of time, given that they are worn under normal conditions which do not consist of playing football, or wearing leather sneakers in the rain. We must appreciate our customs.
